2022 National Diaper Awareness Week Drive!
By proclamation of Illinois’ Governor and Chicago’s Mayor, September 26th – October 2nd, 2022, is designated to recognize National Diaper Need Awareness week in our city and state.
This week is our opportunity to spread the word and donate! I am hosting a community drive and advocating to end diaper need in hopes of collecting the largest number of diapers yet! With your help, we want to collect 250,000 diapers to support the 10,000 children that share our spare serve with diapers through the end of 2022.
Please consider donating to the drive. If you’d like to donate in person, please visit my bin location in Lakeview this Tuesday through Friday only at 1609 W. Belmont Ave. (Please ring the doorbell) Or in Portage Park on Saturday and Sunday at 5331 W. Wednesday, September 28th – Friday, September 30th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday, October 1st – Sunday, October 2nd, all day!
