Postpartum Doula:
A postpartum doula is there to offer postpartum education and support. She’s there to help a family in those first few days and weeks after bringing home a baby. Research shows that moms, dads, and babies have an easier time with this transition if a good support team is in place, and that’s exactly why Mirella Alexis is here to help!
Sibling Doula:
Older siblings’ lives change dramatically when a baby is born. Sibling doulas do what birth and postpartum doulas do but with a focus on the needs of older siblings whose parents are bringing a new life into the world.
Labor Doula:
A doula is a professional who is specifically trained in labor and childbirth support. Your doula is there alongside your doctor and nurses to help ensure your emotional and physical needs are being met.
Training & Workshops:
Mirella Alexis and her qualified professionals provide in-home, one-on-one, small-group, and large-group educational services for parents, childcare providers, and organizations. The training workshops include guest speakers, fun exercises, raffle prizes, and non-stop learning. At the end of each workshop, the attendee will receive a certificate of participation.
Babysitter & Nanny Placement:
- Searching for qualified nannies in all the right places.
- Nanny vetting – going through resumes, qualifications, etc.
- 3 references per candidate.
- Initial phone interview with each candidate.
- In-person (zoom) interview.
- A list of the top 3 candidates who will best fit the needs of YOUR family.
- A nanny contract for you that you can use or reference.
- Background check assistance.
- Payroll assistance.
House & Pet Sitting:
- Bring in mail/packages, water plants, etc.
